Can I return an item?
You may return goods purchased from Prospects brochures or online which are unopened within 21 calendar days. Special items ordered cannot be returned.
You cannot return goods where you unseal or break the seal of any items which are audio products (e.g. compact discs), video products (e.g. VHS videos or DVDs) or computer software. In these circumstances you will have to pay for the goods originally ordered when they are supplied.
If you wish to return an item you must pay the cost of returning the items and administration handling fees of 10% of the costs of the order to Prospects. Alternatively, we can collect the items from you, but you will have to pay the cost of Prospects collecting the goods.
Before returning goods you should first telephone or email Prospects to ascertain if the goods can be returned. Upon authorisation from Prospects, all returned goods must be accompanied by a Prospects returns document that will be sent to you on your notification to us. Returned goods must reach us within 14 calendar days of the issue date of the return document.
Lost and/or damaged goods and any unauthorised returned goods will be your responsibility and Prospects will not be liable and no refund will be made.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
You can cancel your order within 2 calendar days.
To cancel the order you will need to send a letter to us. You can send the letter by post, email, facsimile or by personal delivery. See ‘Contact Us’ for details of where to send the letter. If you cancel the order orally, you will need to confirm the oral cancellation in writing and send it to us by one of the means just specified.
How long will my order take to reach me?
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on your order form within 7 to 30 calendar days on receipt of the goods from our supplier. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or by any form of postage/delivery provided that any additional costs will be made before such dispatch. Prospects will not be liable for loss or delay caused by Royal Mail or delivery services or arising out of any cause beyond Prospects control.
What are the delivery and packing charges?

When will I receive the purchase invoice?
The invoice is sent out at the time the goods are dispatched.
How do I pay for the goods?
You can pay by any credit/debit card. Your card will be charged for payment once you place an order for an item. Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated dispatch date of your order.
If you wish to make payment by cheque please make the cheque payable to "Prospects Services Limited" on receipt of the purchase invoice.
You can also use a proforma and hold funds on account. This could be directly with your organisation or by a third party such as a Local Authority or Connexions company. Contact Prospects for more information.
