Summary

An inspirational collection of interviews representing a broad range of industries that will help students understand the value of a good apprenticeship. Two young apprentices and five former apprentices describe their careers, the support they gained during their apprenticeship, their career progression and what their current work involves. Teacher’s Notes suggest clips that can be used to illustrate different and other topics. The interviews include a Mechanical Engineer, a Theatre Assistant, a Museum Assistant, a Designer Craftsman (Business Owner), a Payroll & HR Assistant, a Digital Specialist (now a graduate and on an internal management training course at Panasonic) and a Housing Administrator (working in the public sector.
