The materials help learners to: review their development, expectations, goals and plans; understand concepts such as self-improvement, self-determination, resilience, career management, career capital and career risks and rewards; identify, research and evaluate opportunities; make decisions, plans and applications and prepare for related selection procedures and prepare for change.
